Abstract :
Based on modulated frequency stepped signal model, the interference phase which impacts the precision of the least burst error velocity measure method is analyzed in this paper, phase correction factor is given to improve the accuracy of the least burst error velocity measure method for moving targets, finally the signal processing flow is given and the performance is verified by computer simulation.
