Abstract :
An op-amp (operational amplifier), which has been successfully applied to ultra-low power low-dropout voltage regulator circuit is presented. In this work, we combine an OP-Amp, along with foldback current limit resulting in a novel ultra-low ground current amplifier, moreover, this amplifier has been applied to the chip of an ultra-low power LDO chip and reflection from market is beyond our expectation.
