Abstract :
First, the definition and algorithm of ¿Grey Petri Net¿ was put forward to solve the problem how to set up production buffer of critical equipment. Second, a Petri Net analysis model is set up to illustrate the principle of the buffer before the critical equipment. Third, the authors establish the buffer Petri net to simplify and solve the net. Furthermore, the genetic algorithm was applied to get the optimal result. At last an example is shown the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
