Abstract :
Creative industry is a new industrial pattern in the background of the knowledge economy. It has become an important part of the modern services. Creative industry has many characteristics such as knowledge-intensive, high-value-added and deep penetrable. The characteristics determine that the development of creative industry not only directly promotes the economic growth but also drives the other industries´ upgrade, and then promotes economic growth indirectly. According to the status of Chinese creative industry, the author uses the grey incidence analysis method to quantitatively analyze the relationship between creative industry and the regional economic growth, the connection with other industries, and also the upgrade of industrial structure.
