Abstract :
Under the circumstance of the “Digital Yellow River”, this paper provides a method for rapid application development of GIS, which takes ArcObjects as a tool to explore a Basic Information System for Watershed Situation of the Yellow River, by which one can accelerate the process of software development, and can achieve not only the management of geographic data, but also 2D application and 3D application.
