Nowadays, public order has become worse, therefore a security system is necessary. We propose a home security system that can built by individuals. The proposed system is constructed by a general-purpose personal computer, cellular phone and the Internet. Therewith, the intruder´s image can be acquired. E-mail for warning is sent to a user when the user is not at home.
