Abstract :
Regional technological innovation capacities of 31 regions of 2004-2007 in China are dynamically evaluated and analyzed by using grey target theory to find out their changes and development trends. Bull´s- eye degree is used to classify and sort the regional technological innovation capacity. Through the analysis of the contribution degree on the regional technological innovation capacity, evaluation indicator to identify the key influence factors is established.
