Abstract
Traditional PID temperature control for the reactor is limited to linear system, and the control effect is not ideal. In order to improve the reliability, security and control precision of the system, PID optimum temperature control method for the reactor based on the RBF network is proposed. The controller is optimized by a method of combining RBF neural network with PID control, and the optimal parameters are got. Based on Matlab simulation results show that the control method compared with traditional PID achieves the characteristics of fast response speed, high precision and wide range of temperature control.
