Abstract
Obtaining a noise index, especially a 1/f noise index, for a practical filter circuit generally requires complicated calculations. We have developed a technique for finding the noise performance of a filter more simply by using the SPICE simulator. The method of obtaining the noise indices for the triangle shaper and trapezoidal shaper using SPICE is demonstrated
