Abstract
In the present work the concepts of the automated system of the technological support of a combined treatment based on the ion implantation, ion alloying, plasma-ion coating, and laser modification are shown. The influence of the technological parameters for all kind of the treatment, the physical and mechanical properties of the part material before the treatment, geometrical characteristics of the parts location, and the conditions of exploitation (cutting regimes for the cutting tools) on the quality characteristics after the treatment (wear resistance, micro-hardness, surface roughness, bend strength, friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, adhesion, fatigue limit, cutting tool life, cutting forces, shrinkage factor etc.) are addressed. The following stages shall be involved: - requirements specification (on the part use). The main qualitative function (target function) as well as the range of the main qualitative characteristics shall be described; - dependencies of the qualitative characteristics on above parameters - the system charts for the combined treatment; - the model of the combined treatment that allows calculation of the treatment productivity. All above described allows selection of the technological parameters, physical and mechanical properties, and the expatiation parameters of the part being treated, cutting regimes for cutting tool. That constitutes a basis for creation of the automated workstation in the technology.
