Abstract :
Understanding and perceiving of BPR (business process reengineering) is the bases and the linchpins of successful BRP implementation. Understanding BRP from a CAS (complexity adaptive system) point of view will be helpful to our perception to BPR in focus. In this paper, commencing with CAS theory, we analyze, thoroughly and comprehensively, the properties of the complexity adaptive system, which are possessed by the business process reengineering, and on the basis of which, an enterprise organization administration model, supported by CAS theory, is proposed.
