Abstract :
VLBI can improve the measure precision of delay using the bandwidth synthesis technique. In this study, to validate the feasibility for VLBI to use bandwidth synthesis in satellite observation, based on the brief introduction of bandwidth synthesis technique principle, the transmit bandwidth, modulate mode and channel coding of satellite signals are studied firstly, the time-frequency field and ambiguity function characteristic of satellite signals are analyzed taking the QPSK for example secondly, and then a signals collection experiment system is designed to contrast the sample signals to the theory analysis result, finally the conclusion of that the bandwidth synthesis technique can be used to enhance the orientation precision is drawn; furthermore, the issues of the VLBI system design are pointed out.
