Abstract :
If the ESSs are installed on Line 2~4, we will obtain 16% of energy saving rate and average 4year of ROI. We analyze which substation will be the first order to be installed. The energy saving rate order and the ROI order are different. Even if the energy saving rate is low, because the quantity of regenerative energy is a lot, the ROI is short. Therefore, we have to choose the ROI instead of the energy saving rate to install the ESS. Because the rail operating companies do not have many budget, companies have to install in order from the substation of high energy saving rate to the substation of a little bit high energy saving rate.
