Abstract :
We present the results of evaluating the performance of a generic CDMA cellular radio system. We use a semi-analytical approach which consists of the system waveform level simulation, fitting a hidden Markov model of the discrete channel to the simulation results, and using the model for analytical evaluation of the system performance parameters
