Abstract :
Demand is increasing for ultrahigh-speed wireless links in order to keep up with the remarkable speed-up of fiber-optic networks. This paper will review recent challenges for high-speed wireless communications technologies using the sub-terahertz 100-300 GHz band and consider the feasibility of future applications driven by the sub-terahertz electro-magnetic waves.
