Abstract :
In this paper a novel fuzzy controller based on self-adjusted parameter was proposed in the control of brushless DC motor (BLDCM). The principal and algorithm of fuzzy controlled was analyzed. Speed and current closed loop are involved in this controller. Speed loop as the outer loop works with the help of fuzzy algorithm, while microcontroller optimizes parameters of this algorithm; and current loop as inner loop obtain acceleration as fast as possible. The experimental testing matched with that of the simulation result. Fast response speed as well as good robustness was proved by practical application.
