Abstract :
The strategy of civil-military integration is an appropriate approach to develop the defense construction and the economy harmoniously. And there are many factors that affect the result of civil-military integration strategy directly or indirectly. This paper sets the system of effect factors from perspectives of macro-level and micro-level, respectively. Then, it analyzes and simulates these effect factors through the system dynamics, and it also elicits the effect degree and action mode. Furthermore, the relationship between parts of factors and the technology transfer by means of statistics regression analysis is investigated to provide suggestions on how to implement the civil-military technology transfer and civil-military integration strategy completely.
