Abstract :
This paper discusses how to design the scanning manner of antenna under the condition of steep dive and squint in missile-borne synthetic aperture radar (SAR). It proposes the uniform scanning method based on parameter fitting in the case of servo-mechanical control, and completes the analysis for resolution characteristics of the system in this mode. Meanwhile, the impact of the antenna scan on imaging is discussed and the analysis method of resolution under the condition of antenna scanning is obtained according to different imaging modes. The simulation example shows the effectiveness of the scanning method and can be applied to the practical engineering.
