Abstract

The relationship between the enterprise technological innovation and institutional innovation has been studied by numerous scholars, but currently, the issue of `whether the technology innovation determines the institutional innovation thereby decide the economic growth, or the institutional innovation determines the technological innovation so as to decide the economic growth´ is still not solved. The author has no intention of sinking into the disputation between the `technology determinism´ and the `institution determinism´, but from the view of synergy that fuses enterprise technological innovation and institutional innovation to analyze the evolutionary pattern of the enterprise `technological innovation and institutional innovation´ integration, and to put forward the viewpoint that the enterprise realizes sustainable development though the fusion of `technological innovation and institutional innovation´.
