Abstract :
Based on social cognitional theory, this study proposes an organizational entrepreneurial climate based model of entrepreneurial orientation. The model indicates the complex interaction among organizational entrepreneurial climate(OEC), entrepreneurial self-efficacy(ESE) and entrepreneurial orientation(EO). The empirical study results show that the model has a good fit. OEC has a significant effect on EO. Also, a mediating effect of ESE on the relationship between OEC and EO is identified.
