Abstract
This research mainly applied innovation intensive service matrix as basic structure to set up position analysis of the electric vehicles (EV) based batteries service industry. It inducts the positions of four EV based batteries service models, which leading by different type manufacturers, per the viewpoints from EV manufactures, EV based batteries manufacturers and R&D institutes. It analyzes, and then conducts the approach to cut to EV batteries industry service model, and finds out the critical success factors of EV batteries industry, and finally provides future administration strategies of service models. The results of the studies indicates: Service Model A moves from unique package structure of product innovation at present to unique package structure of structure innovation in future; Service Model B moves from unique package structure of product innovation at present to restricted package structure of structure innovation in future; Service Model C moves from unique package structure of structure innovation at present to generic package structure of market innovation in future; Service Model D moves from restricted package structure of process innovation at present to generic package structure of market innovation in future.
