            Abstract : 
In this paper, we introduce KL-divergence into MIMO radar waveform design to jointly resist clutter and noise. We derived the optimal waveforms which could match the target echoes and resist the background interference. Moreover, the energy allocation way is also used as the solution for distributing more energy into target channel and lower energy into inference channel. Finally, this paper shows the detection performance of optimal waveforms compared with other waveforms. Finally, numerical simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed optimal waveforms.
