Abstract
Lester Brown, director of the Institute of World Watch of the United States, delivered a speech entitled ¿Who will feed China¿ at the World Watch magazine. Combined with our ever-reducing arable land in China, we launched a research activity on food security. This activity was finished in 3 class hours, all the students in class were divided into eight groups, accomplished the four sub-projects separately: the sub-project of relationship between food and population, the sub-project of food relations and policy, the sub-project of food short-term prediction and relationship between food-importing, the sub-project of the algorithm of food and land resources.
