Abstract
In this paper, a memoryless Hinfin controller for a class of linear systems with state delay and input delay is presented using linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Several sufficient conditions which guarantee the robust asymptotical stability of the closed-loop system are given. All solutions including controller gain can be obtained simultaneously because the presented condition is an LMI regarding all variables. Last, some examples are given to illustrate that the new methods are more effective than the present method.
