Abstract :
We propose a new setup to allow for adaptive (time resolved) corneal topography. To realize this we have implemented a stimulus generation algorithm which adjusts the stimulus used such that the reflection on the surface under investigation is almost regular. Performance measurement of the algorithm in simulation show that the algorithm almost within one second in the current implementation. In preliminary experiments we have used a Sony LCD screen coupled to the video card of a PC for some initial measurement. Using this setup we obtain an accuracy of 3 μm of surface determination
