During the period of the adjustment, they keep on promoting and propelling each other, especially in the tertiary industry. The author also obtains that the effect of boosting of the tertiary industry is significant, which will play an important role in the future. Finally, upon the above analysis, the authors give two aspects of suggestions that one is to optimize industrial structure, and another is to promote employment.
