Abstract :
This paper presents the architecture of digital array radar and analysis the key technologies, digital T/R modules, waveform generation and amplitude-phase control module based on DDS, frequency up/down convert, high efficiency power amplifier, hybrid digital/microwave multilayer circuit and high performance computing are described as the main technologies. The correlation between the microsystems technologies and digital array architectures trends is also discussed.
