The main factors analysis of S&T transfer for university achievements based on grey incidence in Jiangsu

As the center of knowledge innovation and technological innovation in Jiangsu, colleges and universities create fruitful research results. The number of intellectual properties granted is rising. However, the situation of technology transformation is not optimistic. The proportion is smaller, and a large number of scientific research achievements have been shelved. This paper analyses the main factors affecting the transformation of achievements of S&T in colleges and universities in Jiangsu by using the method of grey incidence analysis. The results indicate that the main factors which affect the technology transfer are the manpower and outlay on the colleges devoting to the R&D fruit applications and S&T service projects. In the end, this paper proposes some specific strategies and suggestions.
