Abstract :
This paper investigates the problem of maneuvering target tracking in Passive Coherent Location (PCL) radar with glint noise. An Interacting Multiple Model Particle Filtering (IMMPF) method using Time-of-Arrival (TOA) measurements is proposed. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.
