Abstract :
In this study, Co doped ZnO thin film were deposited by spray pyrolysis technique at 230°C and annealed at 400°C for 1 hour in N2 atmosphere. Structural characterization techniques were performed by X-Ray Diffraction method. All the undoped and doped samples showed polycrystalline hexagonal wurtzite structure. Variation of lattice parameters, Volume of unit cell and Zn-O bond length were investigated. The optical properties of the annealed samples were performed. Variation of the extinction coefficient, reflectance, refractive index and dielectric constant respectively with Co content were investigated.
