Abstract
As for Liu Si-feng´s formula of generalized absolute grey relational grade, Cao Ming-xia argued that |si-s0| should be measured by the actual area between two polygonal lines of sequences, and proposed Cao-improved generalized absolute grey relational grade. In this paper, first, we indicate that Cao´s method still has limitation, and we argue that |si| and |s0| should also be measured by actual area besides |si-s0| in the formula; Secondly, we show the limitation of the starting-point annihilating operator, and then propose the point-wise annihilating operator and improve the generalized absolute grey relational grade based on the point-wise annihilating operator.
