Abstract :
Grey incidence model is an important part of grey system theory on the basis of grey decision-making and grey cluster. A new grey incidence model is constructed by gradual tempo difference between sequence and relevant sequence based on the analyzing traditional grey incidence models. Meanwhile, the new model has some characters. A real example is presented to illustrate its simplification and practicability.
