Abstract :
A novel circuit technique to design high frequency current-controlled G/sub m/-C based monolithic filters is presented. The integrator achieves high differential output impedance through g/sub ds/ sensing and -g/sub ds/ generation circuits. The resulting integrator has no explicit internal nodes in the signal path so that the phase error introduced by high frequency poles is minimized. Simulation results of a biquad implemented with the technique verify the design concept.
