Abstract :
A 0.18 μm CMOS direct-conversion transceiver consumes only 60 mA in RX mode and 74 mA in TX. System NF is 4.4 dB, and IIP3 is -2 dBm. The transceiver supports world-wide multi-standard WLAN systems with a frequency range of 4.9-5.95 GHz and channel bandwidth of 520 MHz.
