Abstract :
his paper presents the design of a CMOS 64×64 interconnect matrix that is part of an optoelectronic crossbar based on hybrid integrated systems, also called smart-pixel technology. This system provides input/output aggregate data-rates to the CMOS chip in the Tbit/s domain, with a reconfiguration time of tens of nanoseconds
