Abstract :
Space Time Adaptive Processing (STAP) can effectively mitigate the clutter in Space Based Radar (SBR) Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI). This paper analyses Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and Signal-to-Interference-pulse-Noise Ratio (SINR) improvement in GMTI signal processing chain of a SBR system, describes the relationship between radar´s GMTI capability with its design parameters, working parameters and processor performance. Simulation is also processed in this paper.
