Abstract :
We develop another approach to the construction of surface retarded potentials. We use directly the fundamental solution Φ(X) (6×6 matrix) for the Maxwell system which satisfies the causality condition Φ(X)=O when t<O. The analog of the third Green formula shows the view of these potentials to us
