Abstract :
To improve the performance of ultrasonic motor drive, proper compensation design is needed. Inductance series compensation is a popular compensation method. Because of the nonlinearity of piezo crystal, expect effect of the inductance series compensation is not easy to be obtained. Based on the analysis in theory, this paper study on the influence of different value of inductance on the ultrasonic motorpsilas performance. At last, design principle of the inductance series compensation circuit is given out.
