Abstract :
Presents an approach to the numerical analysis of a generalized slotline having a polygonal cross-section form. The solution of the eigenmodes problem is based on the domains´ product technique. The distinguishing characteristic of the algorithm is the possibility of substantial variation of the structures geometry within the framework of the chosen mathematical model. Numerical computations of dispersion characteristics for particular cases of the above transmission line are presented. The validity of the approach has been confirmed by comparing the obtained results with the data of other authors
