Abstract :
It is the basic guarantee of people defense engineering to make the electrical system run reliably. In order to monitor the running status of power supply and distribution system of people defense engineering and control its circuit, a new multifunction power monitor based on DSP and ARM, which is able to implement the functions of measurement, protection, control, and remote communication, is designed and developed. The real-time operation system muC/OS-II is adopted to schedule all the tasks in order to improve the reliability and real-time performance, and the windowed interpolation FFT algorithm is adopted to analysed harmonics in order to decrease the harmonic measurement error because of asynchronous sampling. The results of experiment and dubugging show that the new power monitor designed and developed can monitor and control the power supply and distribution system of people defense engineering effectively.
