  • Abstract
An 8Gb/s differential receiver is demonstrated in 0.35μm SiGe with on-chip 60fF capacitors for AC-coupling that allows uncoded data transmission for a common-mode input range of ±690V, with input sensitivity of 0.5 to 1.1Vpp. It especially resists to strong common-mode edges of 4V/ns for enhanced EMI rejection.
