Abstract :
A 10b pipeline ADC fabricated in a 0.13μm pure digital CMOS process is presented. The supply voltage is 1.2V and the conversion rate is 120MS/s. The ADC maintains its performance down to 0.9V supply voltage and up to 220MS/s at a signal swing near full scale. Power consumption at 220MS/s is 135mW.
