Abstract :
The design of a high performance cell based CMOS rc-oscillator for ASIC applications is presented. The oscillator operates over a wide voltage range that includes 3.0 volt operation. The circuit features low operating current and low temperature sensitivity. The frequency accuracy is dominated only by the tolerances of the R and C elements. Circuit theory, simulations and measured performance are presented
