Abstract :
With the rapid development of education informationization in China and the wide spread of specialization of teachers, educational technology ability is becoming a basic requirement. In this case, the traditional educational technology training model can no longer meet the demand for professional development of teachers. Enlightened by e-learning used in the enterprise for training, this article discussed its application in the educational technology training. E-learning-based educational technology training model is a new trend in the information age. It is able to transform original instructional concept, to create a lifelong learning system and to realize personalized services for teachers. The article discusses the construction of e-learning-based training system and analyzes the operation flow of e-learning-based training model and the learning flow of trainees. At last, this article concludes the advantages of e-learning training model applied to educational technology training and necessary concern in implementation, aiming at giving some help for further research on educational technology training.
