  • Abstract
A novel method for high speed moving targets ISAR imaging is presented in this paper. The phase-coded signal bears favorable resolution in range and velocity, however it is sensitive to Doppler frequency, the Doppler phase should be repaired before the pulse compression. For the high moving target, the envelop stretch must be considered especially. A movement compensation method which combines wideband phase-coded signal and narrow band linear frequency modulated signal is introduced. The narrow band signal is applied for detection and measurement, while the wideband signal for improving the speed accuracy and imaging. The flow chart of the compensation method for phase-coded signal imaging of high speed moving target is given. Simulation shows the effectiveness of this method.
