  • Abstract
Silicon ADSL/POTS splitter filter integration is the challenge for size and cost reduction of DSL equipment. This paper describes the implementation in 0.5 μm CMOS of a wire by wire configuration of this filter. The area of the chip is 3 mm2. Proof of concept and measurements on the prototype silicon are reported.
