Abstract
Recently, international construction claim plays an important role in the management of the construction contract. In this paper, aiming at the drawbacks of traditional BP arithmetic, an improved BP neural network is introduced based on the LM arithmetic so as to accelerate the convergence speed. A forecast model of nonlinear system is set up based on the LMBP neural network by studying all of the factors which may bring on the construction claim, the possibilities in the construction claim are forecasted by the application of this network model. Finally, the simulation and practice results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method in this paper, then, a new approach is advanced for the management of construction claim to international contractors.
