Abstract :
Based on deliberate analysis of the detection problem concerning the target buried in blind Doppler zone of AEW radar, a target detection system is conceived founding on multi-AEW radar data fusion. The fusion rule as well as the generalized likelihood ratio and the false alarm threshold of local radar sensors are derived. Simulation results demonstrate that the advanced technique can improve the probability of target detection and the quality of target track dramatically in case the necessary condition is satisfied.
