Abstract :
From the spectrum characters of triangular FMCW radar and the comparability of the frequency envelope of fixed clutters, an algorithm on restraining fixed clutters and MTD is proposed by calculating the spectrum energy centre. And distance and speed error are corrected by partner algorithm in frequency domain. Computer simulation indicated that the detection probability is greater than 95% in the case of SNR is -25db and SCR is above -75db.
