  • Abstract
    A new technique is described which is based on nonlinear modeling and which is designed expressly for radar tracking of low-angle targets in naval environments. Results obtained from both simulation and experimental data are presented to show that the technique is effective and robust in terms of providing accurate estimates of target heights
